The first step toward applying for planning permission is to survey your existing property. We provide a comprehensive guide for you to measure and photograph your home, or a full measured survey can be carried out for you. This service is tailored to your specific requirements to ensure you get the most accurate results.

Design, Layout and Drawings

All packages provide a full set of professional and efficient design drawings required for a planning application. Our Standard and Premium services also include architectural design and internal layouts of the extended areas to improve the flow of your home, demonstrating to potential buyers how your property would fit their lifestyle ambitions.

Planning Application

Our Planning Application service covers Householder Planning, Lawful Development, and Prior Approval Applications. An experienced architect will prepare and check all forms and documents for you. Our Standard and Premium services also include submitting and liaising with the planning department on your behalf. You can expect to receive the decision from your Local Authority within 8-10 weeks.
